Purpose: This short survey is part of an independent research project
comparing how humans and AI systems decide whether to trust a forecasting
model's recommendation. You will read three brief everyday scenarios and answer a
few questions about a hypothetical decision in each.
Procedures: Reading the scenarios and answering the questions takes about
4–5 minutes. A few optional demographic questions are included at the end.
Risks and benefits: There are no known risks beyond ordinary computer use.
There is no direct benefit to you, and no compensation is provided.
Confidentiality: Responses are anonymous. No name, email, or other directly
identifying information is collected. Aggregated, anonymized results may be shared
publicly or used in future research or writing.
Voluntary participation: Participation is entirely voluntary. You may close
this page at any time without penalty, and may skip any question not marked required.
